When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email, company (optional), the kind of project, budget, timeline, a message and how you found us (optional). We use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan the project.

• Delivery. The form is delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service. It is not stored in this website’s database.
• Spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. It processes your IP address and technical browser data for that check. Your IP address is also held briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions.
• How long we keep it. As long as we need it to answer you, and for the records of any project we take on. Ask and we delete it.

When you browse

• Visit statistics. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure loading speed. They use no cookies and do not build a profile of you.
• Server logs. Our host, Vercel, records technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability.
• Preferences. Your choice of light or dark theme and reduced motion is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

This site shows no ads and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Email hello@paralinetech.com and we will reply. If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.

We will change the date above whenever this policy changes.
