1. **Audit.** We look at what exists: the site, the accounts, the numbers. You get a written list of what is wrong and what it costs you.
2. **Plan.** A short, ordered plan: what we do first, what it needs from you, and how we will know it worked.
3. **Execute.** The work itself, shipped in small pieces you can see, with a weekly note on what changed.
4. **Report.** A monthly report in plain language: what moved, what did not, and what we are doing next.
